Assembly Associate
Are you looking for something different than warehouse and retail? AtWork Personnel is searching for Assembly Associates. The daily duties of the lab tech include but are not limited to production work, writing forms / documenting data in the system, and assisting the lead(s) as needed.
Location: Buford, GA Schedule: Monday Friday Position: Assembly Associate Shift: Mid shift, 10: 00 AM to 6: 30 PM Pay: $16/hr.
Job Expectations: -Complete associated paperwork with each order and lot. -Use tweezers to assemble special seeds and place them inside vials. -Utilize aseptic technique and wear PPE to maintain sterile cleanroom environment. -Comprehend basic production -Candidate will work with radioactive materials in course of the job. -Safety measures include radiation barriers, scanners, and glass boxes for handling product. -Average annual exposure equivalent to single X-ray at doctor (as per dosimeter readings).
Job Qualifications: -Good comprehension and writing skills -Phlebotomy / medical experience is a plus -Ability to work effectively in a team and small group settings -Experience working meticulously with small items or parts -Be willing to learn new tasks/ cross-train -Good vision and hand dexterity is needed -Comfortable working in a sterilized lab environment with PPE (lab coat, hairnet, gloves, etc)
