Excellent opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator in the local Temecula area! Position entails a variety of duties including maintenance of HR Policies & Procedures, job descriptions, monitoring time and attendance, Employee relations, and light benefits.
Ideal Candidate will have bilingual Spanish speaking/reading skills, have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, and who can perform at an elevated level of professionalism, efficiency, and confidentiality. The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize daily, and work effectively in a small office environment will be keys to success!
This is a full-time position that offers excellent benefits and growth opportunity, and starts at $17 p/hr. depending on experience.
