Job Description


Our agents provide outstanding customer service to customers who have questions regarding their mortgage accounts. Calls are inbound in nature and agents will have to be professional, courteous and have strong communication skills. Agents will need to be able to handle a high volume of calls along with multiple screen at once.


New candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7 pm, with the bonus of no weekends. Mandatory training schedule is 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday for one month. Good attendance is a must, as NO time can be missed at all during the training period. Training will start on Monday July 31st, 2017 and run through Friday August 25th, 2017

Requirements :


Customer Service friendly.

Candidate must be attention to detail orientated.

Must be able to navigate multiple computer systems at one time.

Must have knowledge of all Microsoft programs.

Must have outstanding email skills
