We are currently searching for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join the team of a distribution company. 

  • -Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • -Being able to manage incoming calls
  • -Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • -Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • -Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • -Take the extra mile to engage customers

Schedule: 9:00am-5:30pm

Location: Medley, 33178

Job Type: Full-time

 *** Once hired, depending on performance, candidate's salary may go up to $12/hr *** 

 Candidates will ideally have:

- 1+ years customer experience

- Excellent computer skills and ability to type and talk simultaneously

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and co-workers

- Multitasking ability

– Experience with other campaigns with multi-channel customer service (phone, email, chat)

- Experience with customer service, sales, or B2B customer service

- Passionate about excellent customer service
