- Handle approximately 100-150 inbound and outbound calls daily
- Correspond with patrons via email or phone
- Retrieve customer and product information
- Complete accurate and thorough data entry
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Customer Service Call Center
- Experience working within the Health care industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Pre-employment criminal history check will be administered prior to start date
