Executive Chef and Banquet Chef Openings

AtWork Personnel Services has partnered with an upscale Country Club in the North County San Diego location to assist them with their staffing needs. We currently have openings for an Executive Chef and a Banquets Chef. Please find details on both positions below:
Executive Chef: $25-30/hour to start
- Flexible Hours
- Seeking a candidate with the experience and ability to do everything
- Their purpose is to manage the staff and operations of the Kitchen to ensure the highest possible quality of food service to the dining rooms, banquets, and functions.
- Private/Public club or hotel experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree with special courses or certification in culinary schooling required.
- English fluency required, Spanish fluency helpful.
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an establishment of comparable quality, with demonstrable knowledge of culinary operations and quality food preparation.
Banquet Chef: $15-18/hour to start
- High volume, quick paced environment
- Flexible hours, maybe working day or night depending on event schedule.
- Their purpose is to provide luxury resort quality food and beverages for banquet functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- English fluency required, Spanish language ability helpful.
- Must have minimum 4 years of experience in food preparation, including two years in preparation of banquet foods with some supervisory experience preferred.
