Job Description:

Seeking an ideal candidate for a General Laborer position. Who will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist in the operation of construction sites, warehouses, factories, or other industries. The job typically involves manual labor and requires little to no prior experience, though physical fitness and endurance are essential.

Job Duties:

Assist in loading and unloading materials such as equipment, tools, and supplies.
Clear debris and waste from work areas.
Ensure sites are clean, safe, and organized always.
Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures for machinery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Able to handle various tasks depending on the site s needs.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Follow instructions carefully to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.

Skills:

No prior skills required; however, any construction or manual labor experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain accuracy in loading/unloading and inventory management.
