Our customer in Phoenix is looking to hire an Office Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction field. This individual should have a solid understanding of how construction projects are executed and managed. He or she will be instrumental in the handling of multi-State payroll and management of our accounting program entries ( Spectrum Construction Management Software), while also being accountable for typical office manager responsibilities. This position will work directly with the CFO to implement change, oversee company performance and enforce internal compliance. We seek a task master that understands the necessity of getting the job done the first time. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right applicant to help our growing company. Please also have the following:

-Must pass drug screen and background check
-Minimum of job changes in the last five years
-Very familiar with the construction business
-Accounting software proficiency
-Payroll experience
