Staffing Agency Recruiter/Business Development Manager
AtWork Personnel is hiring an experienced Staffing Agency Recruiter with a proven ability to convert client prospects into client partners. Salary + Commission DOE

As you draft and present proposals to client prospects, you realize the fortune is in the follow up.

You hold yourself to the highest sales standards. Your company and personal sales goals reflect your competitive nature as well as your brand commitment.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain ongoing sales journal that accurately summarizes the status of outstanding proposals.

Participate in scheduled sales/recruiter meetings.

Amplify collective sales opportunities by introducing decision-makers and key client contacts to colleagues managers?

Identify, research, analyze, and communicate competitive sales strategies.

Participate in key industry associations and events to increase awareness of the Company's brand and favorably position the Company to targeted clients within the community.

Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism.
Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience

Minimum 3 years sales experience

Demonstrated track record of closing sales

Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

Proven competence with Microsoft Suite, Google Applications, recruiting platforms/tools and applicant tracking systems.

Neat, detail oriented appearance.

Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation, and drug screening.

Serve as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of the company at conferences, career fairs, and other public-facing venues.

Build and maintain a strong network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
