We are seeking a friendly, yet professional Receptionist / Office Admin for our Client Company in North County. We like to have fun, but when things get busy, this individual must be able to multi-task and be willing to assist with responsibilities that may be out of their job description to get the job done.

Receptionist - Office Admin Principal Job Duties

  • Act as primary gatekeeper and direct visitors
  • Answer common inquiries and route callers/visitors appropriately
  • Maintain security - Monitor logbook; issue visitor credentials
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area 
  • Monitor supplies and place orders as needed


Receptionist - Office Admin Skills and Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Ability to Listen
