Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and accurate Date Entry Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Good Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others team members and obtain optimal work output 5-7 plus years experience in Recruiting, preferably in the Construction Industry Bachelor s or Associates Degree with a certification in SHRM, preferred Must have a valid driver s license and willing to attend local hiring events Knowledge of DOT FMCSR + hiring requirements preferred
