AtWork Personnel Services of Cary, North Carolina is looking to hire a part-time recruiting coordinator to become a part of our growing team.

Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for prospecting new candidates for open positions, conducting prescreens to identify top tier talent and scheduling interviews. Heavy daily phone activity is required for generating and following up on resumes and identifying leads. Written skills are required for electronic communication as well as resume formatting for recruiters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct daily searches for active and passive qualified candidates
  • Conduct telephone prescreens and schedule interviews for prospective candidates
  • Represent AtWork in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours
  • Update and maintain database to track communications with candidates and employees
  • Post open job orders on various job boards and social media

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • 1 year recruiting experience preferred
  • 2 years of professional work experience
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months or more of customer service and/or high volume telephone experience

Average Hours Per Week: 15-20 hours with the potential of becoming full-time

Pay Rate: Depends on Experience
