We have an opening for two restaurants for Team Members, and we are hiring immediately! There are various positions that are available, from Baker to Cashier, so let's discuss how we can get you to work!
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Leads by example to treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Always strives to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.
Responsible for ensuring safe, high quality food and standards of execution of the menu including maintaining adequate product levels during each shift, day, and week
Addresses guest concerns regarding their food or service and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure their complete satisfaction
Maintaining the store's clean and neat presence from the back-kitchen area to the dining area and restrooms. This includes but is not limited to ensuring coffee and beverages are replenished, washing dishes, washing counters, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash in compliance with brand standards
Assist with various daily necessary operations to maintain steady flow of business
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to read, count and accurately complete documentation in English
Must be able to read and understand menu boards and order prompters/monitors
Required to provide and wear non-slip shoes in conjunction with the uniform policy
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Physical Requirements:
Frequently walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
