Salary Range $20-$27.50 Hourly

Purpose: Meet customer needs through the safe and efficient assembly of electrical control panels, valve automation components, and other related hardware.
Success Factors:
Safely and efficiently produce products meeting expectations for quality.
Maintain the physical shop environment to ensure safety, organization, and efficiency.
Successfully perform assigned tasks in various roles, including electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, and warehouse.
Effectively support facilities-related matters to assure proper operation of systems and maintain integrity of the facility and grounds, as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Performance of complex mechanical assembly working from engineering drawings
Consistent, safe use of shop tools, including hand tools, fork truck, hoist, pneumatic tools, etc.
Electrical assembly working from schematics, wiring diagrams, and verbal instruction
Use of dimensional measurement / layout techniques in support of electrical panel layout
Working in a professional manner across all levels of the organization
Maintaining shop area in a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient condition
Assisting with facility, warehouse, and maintenance projects as requested
Assisting in the training of other employees as requested
May assist with field service work at offsite locations
Skills/Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED
One year of experience in an electrical and/or mechanical assembly role preferred
The ability to consistently work safely in a shop environment
The ability to operate standard shop equipment, including forklifts, hoists, pneumatic tools, etc.
Competent in the use of personal computers and navigating between various windows and programs
The ability to read, write, and speak English
The ability to stand, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, lift, and walk for extended periods of time
The ability to lift / manipulate products up to 75 pounds
