The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify potential business opportunities, build staffing partnerships with Client Companies, account management, developing existing Client base, and increase revenue by performing sales activities. Keys to success in this role is persistence, excellent communication skills, superior customer service skills, good listener, strong relationship building skills, presenting services business to business, and follow up skills.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience preferably in staffing industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- History of success in building book of business or sales
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively to our candidates, clients, and internal team members
- Proven performance succeeding in an organization with clear and aggressive goals
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills
- Well demonstrated time-management and problem-solving skills
- Quick study with affinity for detail and willingness to learn
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Proven interpersonal skills in a team environment
