Commercial Roofing Customer Service Rep
AtWork is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep with Commercial Roofing experience!!
Provide excellent customer service and assist/support the order fulfillment process.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone or e-mail with a sense and professionalism at all times
- Responsible for all incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person/department
- Take phone orders and data entry
- Provide quotes to customers
- Provide freight quotes to customers for package, LTL freight, or full truckload
- Coordinate with the technical department to ensure the customer has ordered compatible materials and quantities
- Process order revisions as necessary
- Coordinate with the inventory fulfillment department when custom or out of stock materials are ordered
- Meet or exceed the customer’s needs through coordination of the best shipping location and/or carrier
- Negotiate the customer’s expectations with regards to the shipping method, expected delivery date and project specific delivery instructions
- Coordinate with the outside sales force as necessary to meet or exceed the customer’s expectation
Essential Skills and Requirements
· Commercial Roofing Distribution experience a plus
· Requires minimum of High School Diploma or GED
· Outstanding analytical skills
· Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Requires the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with high levels of urgency or sensitivity.
· Able to sit for long periods of time at a computer
Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word; Excel; Outlook
Working Hours: 10am-7pm
