Job Description

We are looking for a fun and energetic individual for property management company in Colorado!

Salary range: $60, 000 to $65, 000 Annually

Job Duties include:

Tour prospective new members
Connect with local organizations and attend networking events
Support planning and supervision of educational, professional, and personal development events based on members's request
Prepare expense reports and budgets for community manager review
Organize move-in and move-out schedules to minimize member issues
Support Community Manager in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial performance
Conduct walkthroughs and prepare reports
Conduct quality control and address immediate issues
Oversee the daily ordering and receipt of product from vendors
Requirements:

Two years + of related experience
Ability to read and write English
Enthusiastic team player
