58 year old 3PL Distributor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 3PL warehouse and Distribution operation monitoring the productivity of its staff. This is a busy environment where priorities can change at a moment s notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role.
Pay Range: $22/hr. -$26/hr. Direct Hire Excellent Benefit Package: Healthcare, PTO & 401K Work Experience and Responsibilities:
Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments Understanding of SOP's and using excel Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery Forklift and warehouse operations.
