- 2 years of customer service/call center experience required. 3+ years strongly preferred.
- SAP and EDI experience strongly preferred.
- Prioritizes inbox and workload to ensure closure rate within department standards.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
