  • Receive incoming calls from customers regarding involving inquiries
  • Handle any outstanding issues with standing orders and questions from clients
  • Point of contact between sales, customer fulfillment and management
  • Deal with scheduling and service orders
  • Record and enter data to update records of existing clientele and vendors
  • Reach out to existing customers for additional opportunities in service
  • Experience working with high call volume preferred
  • Ability to handle varying tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED  
  • Calm and professional demeanor through phone and email correspondence a must
