We’re searching for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Medley, Florida. The right individual will be devoted to excellent customer service & looking for long-term employment.
About the job:
This is an entry-level customer service/general office position which requires an honest, organized, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, computer skills, and the ability to multitask.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Customer related transactions (order processing, scheduling & tracking shipments, etc.)
General office support
Answering phone calls & responding to general inquiries
After probation period:
Annual raise & bonus (based on performance)

High school (or equivalent) graduate
Comfortable on computer & experience with Microsoft programs, especially Word & Excel
Strong communication skills - MUST be able to speak, read & write fluently/properly in English
Preferably bilingual (Spanish), but not required
Can handle a high volume of phone calls in a clear, polite & professional manner
Must be dependable & punctual
Experience with domestic & international exporting/shipping is a plus
Familiar with the metric system; basic algebra is a plus
$12 to $14 Depending on experience
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm.
