Job Description
We are looking for a Database Development Project Manager to join our growing non-profit!

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector
Led the planning, execution, and successful completion of similar projects (e.G., youth development programs, community outreach initiatives). Managed project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Identified and mitigated risks, adapted to changing circumstances, and implemented different actions when needed. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and stay organized. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing (program guidelines, procedures, training documents, etc.). 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work effectively on self-directed projects and meet deadlines without constant supervision. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team dynamic. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collect and interpret data to inform decision-making. Think critically and strategically to achieve project goals. 6. Technical Proficiency
Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Expert in Excel: Pivot tables, VBA, etc. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
