We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Diesel Technician to join our team at our Ladson, SC location. If you have a solid understanding of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel-driven Pumps, along with a basic knowledge of diesel equipment, electronics, and hydraulics, we want to hear from you.
As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for:
Conducting diagnostic tests on diesel equipment to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on generators, power distribution systems, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel-driven Pumps.
Troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, electronics, and hydraulics.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, Heater, HVAC, and Diesel-driven Pumps.
A solid understanding of diesel equipment, electronics, and hydraulics.
Operational process/system aptitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role.
Technical certification or degree in diesel technology is a plus.
Valid driver's license.
