**Responsibilities:** - Execute demolition activities such as breaking down walls, removing debris, and ensuring safe disposal of materials. - Operate hand tools and power equipment proficiently and in adherence to safety protocols. - Collaborate closely with team members to streamline tasks and maximize efficiency. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area throughout demolition activities. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
**Requirements:** - Physical fitness and endurance to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects. - Ability to follow instructions closely and adapt to changing work demands. - Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive work environment. - Prior experience in demolition or construction is advantageous but not mandatory. - Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in United States.
**Schedule:** This is a full-time position with temporary status, working [Insert Hours] per week. There is potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. Occasional weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
