Responsibilities
Review high volume of resumes daily
Answer a high level of inbound calls
Schedule interviews
Conduct new hire orientations
Ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed
Ensure all employees have proper safety equipment
Ensure all employee files are accurate
Answer employee questions regarding payroll or information about their role
Qualifications
Preferred experience in retail, food, customer service, client service, manufacturing
Work history as a retail associate, customer service associate, supervisor, manager, waitress, or bartender
