Swing Shift: 7: 00 AM 7: 00 PM ($16.00 per hour) Swing Shift: 7: 00 PM 7: 00 AM ($18.00 per hour) Schedule: Work 4 days on, 4 days off
Raise schedule: $0.50 raise after 90 days Additional $0.50 raise after another 90 days (total $1.00 increase in 6 months)
Key Responsibilities: Locate and manage furnace materials efficiently Operate all furnace equipment safely and effectively Document key production data and communicate with your supervisor Monitor material levels and coordinate with team members Report production information promptly to prevent issues Follow all safety procedures and requirements Maintain consistent production levels and product quality Keep work area clean and organized Be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Job Requirements: Ability to read, write, and multitask efficiently run a furnace. Able to lift up to 50 pounds Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills Team player with good communication abilities
Dress Code: Long pants, T-shirt, closed-toe shoes (PPE provided)
No prior experience or education required training provided!
