Job Description
Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues - Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Fabricate and install new equipment or modify existing equipment as needed - Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery - Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery operations - Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, including high voltage and logic controllers - Experience with Industrial Laundry machines a plus
