This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of personal flexibility is necessary to be responsive to varied customer requirements. Requires complete knowledge of company products and the ability to comprehend the customer’s requirements in order to provide the right solution to the customer. This position is one of high visibility during the selling cycle and the individual must be able to promote confidence and trust with his/her customers. Position will include being the primary point of contact during technical evaluations and business negotiations. Customer contact will be made at all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate effectively is paramount. High ethical standards and good business practices must be observed since customer discussions can include confidential or sensitive information.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding company software and hardware products. Proactively develop new business opportunities in various vertical or geographic markets. Conduct online product demonstrations independently and in conjunction with independent rep firms. Develop winning proposals and quotations. Ability to quickly develop an in-depth mastery of all company products and capabilities. Consultative selling skills to assist the customer in identifying their requirements and presenting recommendations on the most appropriate solutions. Personal Presentation and Organization skills with confidence to present company products in one-on-one settings or to various gatherings of potential customers. Excellent writing skills for the production of proposals and technical correspondence with customers. Must be self-sufficient to be technically conversant with customer key personnel. 

Requirements and Experience

BSEE. Ability to work core hours from 8am to 5pm. (1 hour lunch hour provided). 3-5 years of demonstrated technical sales success. Experience with WEB based presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment is essential. A commitment to total customer satisfaction is necessary. United States Citizenship required for this position
