Job Description

We are looking for Inside Sales Specialist!

Salary $22 Hourly

Responsibilities:
Source and price valve, regulator, and instrument products
Provide excellent customer service
Send finalized quotes to customers
Work with team leader to manage inventory levels and provide stock orders to Customer Order Specialists
Coordinate with shop on existing work in progress
Maintain working knowledge of valve, regulator, and instrument product lines
Verify accuracy and completeness prior to submitting orders for processing
Coordinate with Customer Order Specialists on order processing, delivery, and customer follow up

Skills/Qualifications:
Working knowledge of valve, regulator, and instrument products for the process industries strongly desired
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and other MS Suite tools required
A strong desire and proven ability to provide excellent customer service
Effective prioritization and time management skills
Self-motivated, requiring little supervision
Discreet with confidential information
Desire to help others and to work with them to find solutions
Proven ability to work closely with others, particularly peers and sales staff
College degree preferred
