AtWork Personnel is looking for a Office Clerk to work for a tool company located in Medley, FL.

Duties:

  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order goods and office supplies.
  • Review and update inventory and orders as required.
  • Track and update the status of any order and shipments
  • Receiving shipments in Sage MAS 200
  • Process export orders to affiliates weekly
  • Communicate with Factory on New Orders, Item information, and other as needed
  • Process CBP Import/Export documentation with ASCI
  • Communicate with Broker as needed
  • Communicate with Customers on Direct from Factory shipments
  • Filing digital documents with Doc-Link
  • Local Travel 5-10% of timeAssist Office Manager about 20% of time, including but not limited to:
  • Buying Air Tickets from Copa Air
  • Change flight itineraries when requested by any Salesmen or Management (American Airlines, Copa Air and other Airlines)
  • Reservations for hotels and/or car rental (Expedia)
  • Take company vehicles for maintenance
  • Get quotes for purchasing supplies for the office and warehouse (On line or visiting the supplier)
  • Bank deposits

 

Requirements:

  • Highly Organized With Extreme Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Multi-task and think "outside the box"
  • Above Average Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Above Average Knowledge of navigating computer systems
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to Learn New Systems
  • Basic knowledge of Import/Export regulations and US Customs
  • Ability to Concentrate in Open Office environment
  • Flexible and Willing to Perform Other Tasks as Assigned
  • Self-Starter and Able to Work Independently
  • English and Spanish Speaker
  • **Clean Driving History
