KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the companies zero-incident safety culture through safe work practices and personal engagement Maintains the site logistics loading calendar Communicates with the planning group and external logistics group to address changes with the schedule Communicates with Site Logistics for arrivals of live load assets Inspects trailers as they arrive and during daily lot checks: (DOT inspections, road worthiness) Performs material goods Issue transactions in SAP Prepares Bill of Laden for material shipments in SAP Manages COAs for shipments Posts production in SAP Tracks, prepares, and distributes all material transportation paperwork. Validates seals and bulk tags on departing assets Checks assets into site
