Hours: Monday thru Friday 9: 30am-3: 30pm

Compensation: 21.00 hr/ + incentives

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales Division in the Staffing Industry. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.


Prospecting and Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
Utilize various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with potential leads.
Lead Qualification:
Implement effective lead qualification processes to ensure that prospects meet our criteria for potential partnership.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather information on client requirements and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
Outreach and Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized emails, calls, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, addressing their needs and positioning our staffing solutions.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and update the lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on potential clients.
Prioritize and categorize leads based on their level of engagement and likelihood of conversion.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide them with high-quality, qualified leads.
Collaborate on strategies to enhance lead generation efforts and achieve overall sales targets.


Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the staffing industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
