Job Summary: Automotive company in Shelby Township seeks patient, detail-oriented employees who can carefully work with leather to build car interior.
Job Description:
● You will be working with very expensive materials for interior leather coverings.
● You will work the leather over interior structures which will be placed inside of luxury vehicles.
● You will be responsible for completing the following tasks in the assembly process: sewing, stitching, punching, and splitting leather.
You will also be responsible for wrapping and trimming the edges, using heat guns, hand laminating, and painting/spraying the leather.
● You will prepare all work supplies and move them to their designated stations.
● You will assist your coworkers and managers with any of their needs.
● You must be flexible in your job description as you could be working at several different stations.
Requirements:
● MUST be able to pass a background check.

○ Leather Artisans
○ Leather Workers
