Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine/Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facility.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on various machines, equipment, and building systems to identify and resolve any potential issues. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition. Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and general upkeep to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment. Handle housekeeping repairs as needed to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Conduct equipment and machine repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruptions to production processes. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, resolving issues efficiently.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in machines and equipment. Ability to conduct preventive maintenance on various machinery and equipment. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions when required. Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to machine and building maintenance.
