We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
Pay $55, 000-$65, 000 depending on experience/education
2nd shift 3: 00pm to 11: 30pm, training on 1st shift required. Extended hours may be required along with OT/Weekends.
DIRECT HIRE POSITION
Responsibilities: o Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards. o Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance. o Monitor the assembly line process and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. o Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies within the manufacturing facility. o Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation. o Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to upper management. o Ensure proper maintenance of equipment
Skills: o Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to fabrication and assembly processes. o Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a factory setting. o Experience working on an assembly line within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
o Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving production goals. o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. o Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and departments.
