Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing facility. This role involves assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This climate-controlled facility is offering 1st (6: 00am to 4: 30pm) and 2nd (4: 30pm to 3: 00am) shifts starting at $15.75 per hour with a $3.00 shift premium!
Responsibilities Assemble components according to specifications. Operate various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure timely production. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient assembly line. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process. Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Requirements Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
