Job Description
Looking for qualified candidates to perform product inspections at different stages of the manufacturing process of pumps and turbo expanders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain necessary records, move materials as required in the performance of duties or as directed. Maintain inspection tools and working area in a clean safe and orderly condition. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Perform receiving inspection (Purchased parts), in-process inspection (both internal and external parts), and final inspection
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Be able to interpret and extract necessary information per production travelers, drawings (blueprints), procedures, specifications, and industrial standards. Familiar with ASME Y14.5 (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance). Be able to set up, maintain, and use varieties of inspection hand tools Be able to work in a fast pace, dynamic manufacturing, shop floor environment. Working experience on several computer programs and databases (MS Office, Outlook, MRP, Engineering drawing database). Working experience on pump, turbo expander industry and/or cryogenic industry is desirable but not required.
