This position will focus primarily on creating, developing, and executing B2B advertising and marketing strategies for JTAG test and business analysis product lines. In this role, you will manage the planning, development and execution of both traditional and digital advertising campaigns to support and grow key categories, including JTAG test and serial bus analysis products. You will lead in building awareness and driving consideration for our new product releases. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive management to develop product positioning strategies and provide direction to advertising agencies for the creation of inspired ideas with impeccable execution, ensuring relevant, targeted communication.

The successful candidate will have a BS Marketing 



• Perform and utilize market research as needed to gain insights and develop comprehensive advertising strategies that support product positioning • Develop and execute an annual advertising plan based on available budget • Manage creative materials and advertising strategy, ensuring advertising assets are current •  Propose ideas and original concepts for advertising materials • Measure and report campaign effectiveness • Assist in the development of the target audience and potential media mix • Investigate potential promotional opportunities and communicate recommendations to marketing leadership • Develop, implement and evaluate performance of product promotional programs

Requirements and Experience

• BS Marketing • 5+ years of advertising and marketing experience including: B2B content creation, digital and print advertising with agency experience preferred • Strong market analysis, marketing communications and strategic planning skills • Demonstrated proficiency in solving complex problems while balancing multiple objectives • Ability to sell ideas through face-to-face meetings using cohesive and creative presentations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade across organizational lines inside and outside the company • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Detail and process oriented •
