Job Title: Heat Treat Operator / Laborer
Location: 8.5 Mile / Hoover, Warren
Shifts: 2nd (330p-1130p) Weekends/over-time required Rotating Schedule (Wk 1: Mon, Tues, Weds, Sun. Wk2: Thurs, Fri, Sat) Must be willing to train on days (Mon-Fri 7a-330p) for 1-2 weeks Pay: $16.75/hr Benefits:

Heat Treat Operator/Laborer s Job Summary:
Laborers will operate the forklift to pick up coils of steel. They will band the product, coat/seal each one, before compressing and measuring it. Heat treat operators will then stage and record the finished materials- performing various tasks between each cycle.
Wire Division Operator s Job Description
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
Receiving raw steel coils Performing heat treatment and coating based on customer demand Learning and performing daily processing duties including but not limited to: - Pickle crane operation- Wire coil banding- Process staging- Furnace operation Control and review of Anneal Process equipment
Locating and staging customer product for processing Processing the customer product through the various automated thermal equipment Identify variation between parameter setpoints and actual conditions for any anomalies Requirements:
Hilo experience a plus but not mandatory (used on a daily basis!) Previous Anneal or other Thermal Processing of steel components a plus but not mandatory Favorable Background and Drug test Reliable Transportation Willingness to work in a NON-climate controlled facility Must be able to read, speak, write in English Must be able to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs Attention To Detail Ability to work independently / be a self-starter
