Seeking office assistant with strong organizational, data entry and communication skills to help a small business grow.

 

Description

We are a local staffing agency located in Cary seeking an office assistant, that prefers to work in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities include helping to maintain hiring paperwork, confirm appointments, maintain database of prospects and candidates. Hours are 16 hours per week.

 

Responsibilities

• Schedule social media posts in Google calendar

• Monitor incoming phone calls

• Maintain file organization system and hiring paperwork

• Update job posts

• Confirm appointments

Answer phones and make copies as needed

 

 

Skills Needed

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail minded and organizational abilities
  • Passion to serve small business owners who need help

 

Technology Skills

  • 2+years experience with Google Drive and Google Calendar
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook)

 

Rate of pay:  $12.00/hr
