Responsibilities:
Organize, digitalize, and maintain documents and files. Answer phone calls and emails, managing internal and external communication. Assist with scheduling meetings and drafting reports. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams for administrative tasks. Greet visitors and coordinate office supplies.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
