2nd shift position from 330pm to 1 am.

Properly inspect and utilize ingredients and processing equipment following established formulas and methods.

Visually inspect, operate and monitor machines and various measuring devises during production process.

Clean Machinery daily or as needed.

Measure temperature and product and product weights during production; make adjustments to machinery when necessary.

Complete all production documentation on time according to standard operating procedures.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Must have basic English communication skills and the ability to utilize English in both verbal and written forms.

Basic understanding of math; add, subtract and calculate percentages.

Ability to lift 80lbs, bending at knees, waist and twisting upper body.

Ability to stand for 95% of the work day.

Ability to climb stairs and work on elevated platforms.
