Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage petty cash Maintain financial records and track payments Handle mail distribution and office supply inventory Support tenant communications and office operations Assist with department programs and general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial management software Knowledge of accounting principles High school diploma required; Associate s Degree preferred Strong organizational and communication skills
