Works with the Manager of Procurement and the Manager of Operations Accounting on the systems management and data entry for the procurement, inventorying and distribution of parts, assemblies and machines to support the operations team.
- Maintain vendor files, purchase, orders, freight bill and ladings, purchasing receipts both electronically and paper copies
- Use company program to perform data entry functions to include, creating and printing of purchase orders as well as entering estimated delivery dates
- Process document requests submitted to purchasing and shipping and receiving.
- Work closely with purchasing manager to assure historical files are up-to-date, files are properly labeled and tracked
- Strong computer skills
- Able to Multi task, self starter, able to work independently
- High School graduate
- Minimum of 1 year experience
