Quality Manager - Direct Hire/ $70K-90K/ Denver, CO - Golden, CO
We are looking for a Quality Manager for PCB Assembly company in Golden, Colorado.
Monday-Thursday (4/10 work schedule) 6: 00 AM to 4: 30 PM
Salary: $70, 000 to $90, 000 annually

Job Descriptions:
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
Manage & Maintain ESD, RoHS, MSL programs; the QMS (quality management system), ITAR, OSHA, and other Quality procedures, programs, or policies
Ensure that Quality Inspectors & Electronics Assembly Technicians are trained/certified in applicable IPC standards
Supervise Quality direct reports
Coordinate with all departments to implement quality improvement measures
Implement the company s quality controls and policies such as Lean Sigma or ISO standardization requirements
Research and review customer feedback and use it to inform quality processes and decisions
Ensure that processes meet required standards
Implement health and safety policies into the overall quality management process
Monitor the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process
Regularly research the marketplace and competition to keep up to date with industry developments.
Undertake internal quality audits.
Direct staff and teams across the business to ensure quality frameworks are implemented.
Provide updates to senior managers and directors around quality issues.
Ensure all suppliers meet the quality requirements of the company
Requirements:
Computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Excel & other common programs
Communications skills
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Experience working with MRP/ERP systems
Ability to undertake market research
Planning and project management skills
The ability to interpret data and statistics
Relevant skills with technology
Leadership and management skills
Familiarity with quality standards and processes
