Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Pay: $17/hr - $20/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM

We're looking for a dynamic Receptionist & Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-perm position to help with various aspects of our daily operations. What You ll Do as the Receptionist & Customer Service Representative:

Reception Duties:
-Greet visitors and answer phones with a friendly, professional demeanor.
-Assist with data entry, invoicing, and general office tasks using Excel and other software.
-Edit and manage PDF documents.
-Support multiple office departments, learning and adapting to new roles as needed.

Customer Service Duties:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms like Amazon and Etsy.
-Process and ship orders, manage returns, and handle shipping claims.
-Update sales reports, shipping logs, and track inventory.
-Provide accurate shipping quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
-Coordinate with shipping services and maintain communication with customers regarding order status.

Qualifications of the Receptionist & Customer Service Representative:
-At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Receptionist role.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
-Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
-Experience with office management systems and equipment (e.G., printers, copiers).
-Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under tight deadlines.
-Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
