Review high volume of resumes daily
Make a high level of outbound calls
Schedule interviews
Conduct new hire orientations
Ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed
Ensure all employees have proper safety equipment
Ensure all employee files are accurate
Answer employee questions regarding payroll or information about their role
Occasional Traveling to clients sites to clock enrollment
Experience in hiring is a plus but not required
Preferred experience in retail, food, customer service, client service, manufacturing, or education in human resources
Work history as a retail associate, customer service associate, supervisor, manager, waitress, or bartender
