Recruiter Talent Acquisition/ $65K-$75K annually/ Denver, CO
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Salary range $65, 000 to $75, 000 annually

Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of recruitment, including defining hiring needs from management staff, writing job descriptions, posting available positions to job boards, Facebook, LinkedIn and College career page
Conduct new hire orientation
Compile and complete all new employee paperwork accurately and efficiently. Ensure the timeliness of turning all paperwork into payroll.
Actively recruit applicants, using several different recruiting sources. Develop an applicant pool.
Data entry for HR and Payroll into Viewpoint and Newton
Attend job fairs.
Do follow-up meetings with new hires
Assist with hiring and new hire orientation as needed
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and accurate Date Entry
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Good Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others team members and obtain optimal work output
5-7 plus years experience in Recruiting, preferably in the Construction Industry
Bachelor s or Associates Degree with a certification in SHRM, preferred
Must have a valid driver s license and willing to attend local hiring events
Knowledge of DOT FMCSR + hiring requirements preferred
