Job Description
We are hiring an Administrative Sales Associate for our client in Independence. You will be responsible for providing World Class Customer Service to our customers, assisting the sales team with overflow, and making sure things keep working behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Learn and use POS Software Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Attach signed invoices to tickets Keep up with price updates Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Retail experience a plus, but not necessary Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Drive to create opportunities and not just sit and wait for the door to open Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Excel
