Position Overview: As a Search Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and attracting top-tier -level talent for our organization's clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, develop comprehensive search strategies, and engage with highly qualified candidates. This position requires exceptional communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to successfully navigate the search process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring requirements, organizational culture, and strategic goals. Establish strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the recruitment process.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Employ various sourcing methods to identify and attract -level candidates, including leveraging professional networks, utilizing job boards, conducting direct outreach, and utilizing other proactive recruitment strategies. Continuously expand and maintain a robust network of talent.
3. Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications and fit through detailed interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments. Analyze candidates' experience, skills, cultural fit, leadership abilities, and career aspirations to present comprehensive evaluations and recommendations to clients.
4. Search Strategy: Develop customized search strategies for each search assignment, including target companies, industries, job titles, and geographic locations. Leverage market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to stay up-to-date on talent trends.
5. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with -level candidates to establish rapport, trust, and credibility. Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
6. Project Management: Manage multiple search projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client expectations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and search progress.
7. Talent Acquisition Consultation: Provide expert advice and insights to clients on hiring best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies. Deliver comprehensive reports and market intelligence to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
8. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry-specific trends, compensation packages, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a search firm or a corporate talent acquisition department.
Deep understanding of -level roles and responsibilities across various industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent and effectively manage client expectations.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate databases, and other recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
